What is a flex period and how can it be used in middle and high schools? A flex period is an allotted period of time during the school day that teachers use to meet with one or more students. They meet for extra help, intervention, enrichment, social-emotional learning, and more. In these articles, learn more about what a flex period is and how one or more can be used to meet student needs.
