Flex Period

Home/Flex Period

What is a flex period and how can it be used in middle and high schools? A flex period is an allotted period of time during the school day that teachers use to meet with one or more students. They meet for extra help, intervention, enrichment, social-emotional learning, and more. In these articles, learn more about what a flex period is and how one or more can be used to meet student needs.

At Enriching Students, we have seen many examples of schools that have been able to help their students by means of a flexible period. They have been able to improve student achievement, help students catch up when they are struggling, make time for enrichment, and meet their students’ social-emotional needs. Our goal is to empower teachers to give students what they really need: time.

We hope you find the articles below useful! If you would like to learn how Enriching Students can help your school manage its flexible time, even if for you, school is happening remotely, reach out to us by scheduling a demo.
